This is a fully-automated vacuum sealing line for lithium-ion pouch cells used in electric vehicle(EV battery cels. its main functions include fully-automatic loading and unloading, vacuumsealing, cutting off the air-bag edge, cutting folding edges, code scanning, weighing, IV-test,OCV test, calculating the replenishment electrolyte volume, data upload to the server, etc.

Characteristics

-Material Boxes Loading or unloading manually /docking logistics line or AGV;It uses straight fixture to send materials around and sealing in the vacuum;Single cavity is cavity 1*1. it can be stopped to maintain. And the whole machine is 1*4;- The cap parallelism is about +/-0.01. And it is flat of AL-plastic film surface which is withoutfolds, air bubbles and does not degum;

There are electrolyte treys in the manipulator to prevent the treys from being poluted byelectrolyte;

-lt possesses an industrial Personal Computer, which uploads data to MES system in order toread and reserve it;

- lt uses the wheel folding way to fold, and the angles that can be 90° 180°270°;- A adjustment vulva adjusts cap pressure ; the accuracy of the adjustment vulva is 0.02Mpa,.Test accuracy of voltage of aluminum layers between tabs and al-Plastic flms is about0.0020%rdg.+12μV;

-lt removes NG after dividing them to different types.
