Mr Bingchun Qi, the founder of the company, graduated from Gansu University of Technology in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Machinery and Equipment. Mr Qi has worked as a senior engineer in Lanzhou General Machine Manufacturing, Dongguan Xinke, ATL and other well-known enterprises. Since Joining ATL in 2002, Mr. Qi has accumulated 23 years of work experience in the lithium industry, and he has become a senior professional in manufacturing technology and management for lithium battery industry. Mr. Qi is currently in charge of human resources, finance, administration, public relations and capital operations of the company.

Mr. HaiBo Wu, one of the founders of the company - the Vice General General, graduated from Chang'an University with a Bachelor's Degree in 2003.Mr Wu has worked as a senior engineer in Fujian South Highway Machinery, Huaxi Group, ATL and other well-known enterprises. 2004 Joining ATL, Mr. Wu is responsible for the process and equipment maintenance, has accumulated 21 years of work experience in the lithium industry. Mr. Liangyu Ge, the R&D Manager, graduated from Nanchang Engineering College in 2008, majoring in mould design and manufacturing.Mr. Ge has worked in Shenzhen Oceansun Battery, Shenzhen Yinghe Technology and other intelligent equipment enterprises as a senior engineer, With more than 10 years of experience in automation equipment development, Mr. Ge has become a senior professional in the R & D of lithium equipment.
