This device is used for flexible packaging lithium batteries: fully automatic loading and unloading, final electrode ear and bare cell welding connection, using ultrasonic welding, positive/negative electrode ear pre welding, positive/negative electrode ear cutting, positive/negative electrode ear main welding, positive/negative electrode ear welding imprint flat pressure, positive/negative electrode ear adhesive, positive/negative electrode ear adhesive flat pressure, insulation resistance testing, data uploading to the server, etc.

Equipment features

1. Automatic robotic arm for battery cell loading and unloading, single cell manufacturing process;

2. The secondary positioning of the battery cell adopts CCD positioning (optional mechanical positioning);

3. Adopting a turntable method to ensure welding accuracy and pole position accuracy;

4. The turntable fixture opens and closes in parallel to ensure that the position of the battery cells does not move;

5. Welding methods include direct welding and cladding welding (compatible);

6. The adhesive mechanism uses air scissors for cutting adhesive tape, and the length and position of the adhesive are moved by servo modules;

7. Equipped with industrial control computers to achieve data uploading to EMS, data reading and storage;

8. Compatible with single head and double head output ears of battery cells, automatically rejecting test NG.
