This is a fuly-automated electrolyte filing line for lithium-ion pouch cells used in electric vehicle(EV)battery cels. its main functions include fully-automatic loading and unoading, codescanning, weighing, electrolyte filing, standing, sealing, weighing after electrolyte injection, NGsorting, data upload to the server, etc.

Characteristics

-A batch of cells feed in the material boxes, and it uses single cel EL fiing and sealingtechnique to make;

- It is straight mechanism, magazine auto/manual loading or unloading, and they dock a dryroom;

- There are 1 in 4 each cavity,and every cavity are divided into two independent small cavities.moreover, cells do not influence each other;- The parallelism of cap is about+/-0.015. And it is flat of AL-plastic fim surface which is withoutfolds, air bulbs and does not degum;

- There are two series of independent EL filing system so that EL fling and liquid tank reflingare done at the same time to improve production rate;

-It classifes NG and remove them;

- lt uses cupless vacuum filing and improve filing accuracy, decrease wall hanging and improvefling accuracy and clean conveniently;

- The sealing cavity can be opened by tuming so as to debug sealing head and clean- EL filing accuracy: +1%;

- lt possesses an lndustrial personal computer, which uploads data to ES system in order toread and reserve it.
