This is a fully-automated electrolyte filling line for lithium-ion pouch cells used inconsumer electronics. its main functions include fuly-automatic loading and unloading, codescanning, weighing, electrolyte filing, standing, sealing, weighing after electrolyte injection, NGsorting, data upload to the server, etc.

-Batch battery cell magazine incoming materials, single-cell independent lquid injectionpackaging process manufacturing;

- The equipment is avalable in two mechanisms: turntable type and linear type. it featuresautomatic/manual loading and unloading with magazines and is connected to the drying room;Each chamber has four separate compartments, and each chamber is divided into twoindependent smal compartments. The battery cells do not affect each other;- The parallelism of the head is +/-0.01. The surace of the aluminum-plastic fim is smooth,without wrinkdes, bubbles or delamination;

- Tio independent liquid injection systems are available, allowing liquid injection and lquid tankreplenishment to be carried out simultaneously, thereby enhancing production efficiency;- The cup-free vacuum liquid injection is adopted to reduce wall adhesion, improve the accuracyof liquid injection, and at the same time faclitate cleaning;- The sealing cavity can be rotated and opened, facilitating the adjustment of the head and

deaning;
