This device is used for flexible packaging lithium batteries: automatic molding of aluminum-plastic film, top cutting, automatic feeding of battery cells, hot pressing, CCD positioning detection, NG cell exclusion, automatic folding ears, servo top sealing, servo side sealing, double angle packaging, short circuit testing, side cutting, CCD detection, sorting of defective products (2-3 levels), coding, film coating, and material receiving box.

Equipment features

1. Both the top and side seals are driven by servo motors and packaged, and the pressure can be uploaded to the server;

2. Fast transformation and debugging, equipped with auxiliary fixture adjustment mechanism;

3. The upper battery cell adopts CCD positioning and four axis robot material picking, and the discharge CCD detection;

4. The sealing thickness accuracy is 0.01mm, and it has the function of quickly adjusting the parallelism of the head;

5. The heating tube adopts multi-point heating method to make the parallelism more stable;

6. Equipped with industrial control computers to achieve data upload to MES system and fixture management functions;

7. The top sealing head automatically adjusts according to the product edge distance, solving the problem of pressure ear caused by changes in product edge distance.
