Equipment functions

This device is used for flexible packaging lithium batteries: automatic molding of aluminum-plastic film, top cutting, automatic feeding of battery cells, hot pressing, CCD positioning/detection, NG cell exclusion, automatic folding ears, servo top sealing, servo side sealing, double angle packaging, short circuit testing, side cutting, CCD detection, sorting of defective products (divided into 2-3 levels), coding, film pasting, and feeding into the magazine material box.

Equipment features

1. Both the top and side seals adopt servo packaging, and the pressure can be uploaded to the server;

2. Quick changeover and debugging, equipped with auxiliary fixture adjustment mechanism;

3. The upper battery cell adopts CCD positioning and four axis robot material picking, and the discharge CCD detection;

4. Seal thickness accuracy+/-0.01, with fast parallelism adjustment function;

5. The heating tube adopts multi-point heating method to make its parallelism more stable;

6. Equipped with industrial control computers to achieve data upload to MES system and fixture management functions.
