Purpose-built architecture for multi-tabs electrode processing
Designed specifically for electrodes with multiple tabs, this machine adopts a dedicated mechanical and control architecture that ensures stable forming accuracy and dimensional consistency beyond the capability of monolithic electrode systems.
High-precision motion & control platform
The system is built on an EtherCAT-based motion control framework combined with DD-motor-driven fixed-length traction, enabling high-speed synchronization and precise length control during continuous operation.
Stable servo-driven tension management
A closed-loop servo tension system maintains stable web handling throughout cutting and slitting processes, minimizing deformation risk for dense or narrow multi-tabs structures.
Dual rectification & continuous alignment structure
Both unwinding and rewinding sections are equipped with independent rectification units, supported by an additional mid-process correction mechanism to maintain long-run alignment stability.
Vibration-isolated laser processing module
A dedicated vibration-damping structure is applied at the laser cutting station to protect tab geometry accuracy under high-speed, multi-point cutting conditions.
Integrated forming, slitting, and material collection
