Equipment function:

This device is suitable for scanning and detecting voltage difference, capacity, and internal resistance sorting of soft pack power cells. By scanning the barcode of the battery cell with an automatic barcode scanner and binding it to the battery cell, high-precision testing instruments test the internal resistance and voltage of the battery cell, and transmit the battery cell testing parameters and testing time to the server. The server will automatically match the gear and provide feedback on the gear value to the equipment, which will then classify the battery cell into material boxes based on the gear value.

Equipment features:

1. The robotic arm automatically places the battery material box at the designated location of the picking station to retrieve the batteries;

2. Reading and inputting barcode on battery surface into sorting software;

3. Test the voltage and internal resistance of the battery, and input the data into the barcode of the corresponding battery cell;

4. Spray identification codes on the surface of sorted batteries;

5. The voltage and internal resistance can be set in different levels on the computer display screen, with a maximum setting of 16 levels;

6. According to the test results, different battery cells are classified based on voltage and internal resistance, and the robotic arm places them into different material frames according to the classification;

7. Human machine interface control, adjustable speed parameters, with automatic production counting function;

8. The machine adopts a painted frame with an aluminum alloy organic glass cover on the upper part, ensuring high safety performance. The electrical box is located inside the hood.
